Ode to a Skessa*
By: Cajuungumbo

Each and every night I gloom
Caught by work inside my tomb
Contemplating love I ponder
Does she even know I wonder?

Sitting by the midnight candle
Feeling more than I can handle
For I see her in my dreams
Whether these be day or nightly
Sighs of longing loud as screams
Missing her so hurting rightly

What is this pain I know I feel?
Is missing her so seaming real?
Am I victim of her spell?
Or loving her for love it self?

Heavy stone of loving lost
Eating at my sleeping cost
Will I see her soon again?
Caught inside my longing prison?
Fair desired lovely pain
Beating of my heart has risen

Time is taking all to long
Ticking as a lasting song
If I see her will she know?
Heart beats faster just to show

Loving love from her my troll
Dreaming of that moonlight stroll
Intensity in wanting fire
Living of her loving me
My heart is burning with desire
Longing for her soon to see

*Troll speak for female troll
